Our HVAC warranty packages include features like 24-hour response, varying levels of Parts/Labor coverage, and operational checks.

Platinum Package benefits:

  • Property Protection. We treat your home like our home. In the event of accidental damage caused by HB McClure, we’ll make it right. We are fully insured, and will take care of any damage for which we are responsible.
  • 3-Year Gold Shield Premier Comfort Agreement warranty covers everything we provide and install for your project, includes the equipment and related components.
  • 3-Year guaranteed 24-hour response time. With your new system we promise to respond to an emergency no heat or no cooling call within 24-hrs.
  • 3 operational checks to occur during the first three years of operation.

Gold Package benefits:

  • 2 free operational checks to occur during first two years of operation.

Silver Package benefits:

  • 1 free operational check to occur during the 1st year of operation.

Bronze Package benefits:

  • 1-Year Parts/Labor warranty covers everything we provide and install for your project, includes the equipment and related components.
  • 1-Year 24-hour response. With your new system we promise to respond to an emergency no heat or no cooling call within 24-hrs.

Operational Check Lists

Heat Pump/Air Conditioner

  • Verify proper operation of the thermostat
  • Verify proper operation of the blower
  • Verify electric heat operations (Heat Pumps only)
  • Replace 1″ pleated or 5″ MERV 8 media filter
  • Visual inspection of the indoor and outdoor coils
  • Flush and clean condensate trap
  • Verify ground water or loop pump operations (Geothermal Heat Pumps only)
  • Verify proper operation of accessories
  • Connect gauge to true suction and verify operating pressure
  • For Air Conditioning mode: verify correct suction superheat
  • For Heat Pumps: Verify proper discharge temperature according to outdoor temperature
  • If Humidifier is purchased at time of install, replacement of humidifier pad is included

Natural Gas & Propane Equipment

  • Verify proper operation of the thermostat
  • Verify proper sequence of operation to establish flame
  • Replace 1″ pleated or 5″ MERV 8 media filter
  • Verify proper operation of the blower or circulator pump
  • Visual inspection of the chimney base and/or flue pipe
  • Verify proper temperature rise
  • Visual inspection of burner tubes
  • If Humidifier is purchased at time of install, replacement of humidifier pad is included

Oil Equipment

  • Verify proper operation of the thermostat
  • Verify proper sequence of operation to establish flame
  • Replace 1″ pleated or 5″ MERV 8 media filter
  • Verify proper operation of the blower or circulator pump
  • Visual inspection of the chimney base and/or flue pipe
  • Verify proper temperature rise
  • Perform combustion efficiency test
  • Replace nozzle and oil filter media
  • Vacuum clean combustion chamber
  • Set/adjust electrodes
  • If Humidifier is purchased at time of install, replacement of humidifier pad is included

Note: Lamps, UV bulbs and HEPA filter media replacements performed for additional charge
