I want to say what an excellent, professional group of people you have working at your company. The girls I’ve talked to, Robin and Courtney, were courteous, very helpful, and had excellent telephone skills. We had our well pump repaired by Rob and Ron and not only were they courteous and very nice, but the job they did was outstanding from start to finish. I was astounded and so grateful that they even put grass seed and straw down where the backhoe was used. They, as well as Gerald who did the estimate, were all great and I commend your management for the selection of such competent, very nice men who work for you. We will surely call again when we need your service
Just wanted to extend our thanks to Gerald, who came out early this year and evaluated our antiquated water purification system, took a water sample and provided an excellent explanation to what type of system recommended to ensure a long term water quality. On March 28,Troy and his assistant installed the system, explained the operating details, as well as both did an excellent professional installation job.
