“The office staff kept us informed with a reminder email, which during this busy season was much appreciated. They also let us know the names of the technicians and were polite, friendly, and very professional at all times. They arrived in a timely fashion. We were impressed about the covers for their shoes, how they explained what the service entailed. Brandon and Jamie, both were polite, friendly and had a very professional attitude. They also asked if we had any pets and if we had any questions before they began the service. I especially am pleased with the dryer vent cleaning. They even informed us that they we taking a lunch break. We have had several companies service us, but find that H.B. McClure technicians are by far the most knowledgeable, capable, and well trained. Keep up the good work.”
