HB Global, LLC, Acquires Mass.-based North Shore Mechanical Contractors, Inc.

HARRISBURG, PA (July 2, 2019) – HB Global, LLC has announced that it has acquired North Shore Mechanical Contractors, Inc., (NSMC). Founded in 1984, NSMC is a provider of design, installation, and service of specialized plumbing, high purity water, process piping, and wastewater treatment systems. NSMC serves industrial and commercial clients in biotechnology, education, healthcare, life science, and advanced technology in Eastern and Central Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.  NSMC revenue for 2018 was approximately $25 million.

According to Eric Crawford, COO of HB Global, NSMC will become the fourth division of HB Global, which includes HB McClure, IT Landes, and Nash Plumbing and Mechanical.  “NSMC expands our service offerings in specialty plumbing into more technology-focused sectors and further extends our geographic reach,” said Crawford. “NSMC also aligns with our core values, which remains extremely important to us.  We are pleased to add another 85 members to our employee-owner family.”
