Al was our technician, an amazing gentleman. Thorough, caring, friendly and very knowledgeable. His work attention was very detailed. As a business owner I understand excellent employee attitude.
Whenever I bring friends or family into the basement and show them the entire wood and propane heating, HVAC, and plumbing systems; everyone is impressed and over whelmed. Your team did an outstanding job! It works great. A job well done!

By the way, kudos to Nathan for the job he did on the 3 ductless units in our server room- install direct wire thermostats and delay on break timers. He did a very nice clean looking job. He was very particular about testing the function after install to ensure proper function and IÂ appreciate his attention to the details. Now we can rest assured the servers will be cooled even in a power outage!
Recently we completed a project managed by Stan Gerberich and lead by John Cadwallader which exemplifies the values which make our organization whole. John’s crew on the job was John Bingaman and Kurt Gusler. The project involved two very large customers in PSU and Hempt Estates (building owners). This account has been a customer of HB McClure since the original installation in 2010. Unfortunately we had a few problems linking back to shortly after the building was occupied. In staying true to our core values of Trust, Quality and  Value we stood behind our original job, and after almost 4 years of maintaining the issue, we  went back to permanently address the problem. Arguably we could have made a case to  abandon this project at the end of the warranty period, which obviously would have cost us a customer.
Because this is a medical facility, the requirements specified weekend work with no disruption  of services provided by PSU. Stan and John formulated a plan and executed on it perfectly. Communition was key and flawless. The work site was left safely secured and clean for medical services to be provided at the end of each weekend. And at completion, the site was restored with no evidence we were there. Our customers could not have been happier with the results. I am sure because of our commitment to doing the right thing, we have secured relationships for the future of our organization. Great Job Stan, John, John, and Kurt! This project should make us all proud.
