Official Rules & Details

1. Eligibility
Must meet certain eligibility requirements. By entering the contest you agree to the rules detailed below.

• Contest is open to homeowners aged 18 or older.
• Home must be within the service areas of HB Home Service Team. A service area map or verification will be required.
• Employees of HB Home Services and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• Take a photo of your holiday lights or decorations.
• Share your photo on social media using the hashtags #HBHomeHolidayGiveaway.
• Limit one entry per household.
• Deadline for entry is December 19, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.

3. Contest Timeline

• All eligible entries will be uploaded to a public contest album on HB Home Service Team facebook page by December 20, 2024.
• Voting begins upon posting of the album and ends on January 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
• The photo with the most verified “likes” will be declared the winner.

4. Winner Selection

• The photo with the most genuine likes as of January 3, 2025 will win.
• Likes obtained through fraudulent means (e.g., bots, paid services) will result in disqualification.
• Winner will be notified via direct message and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

5. Prize

• Indoor Air Quality Whole Home Air Purification System –  iWave®-R Residential Air Ionization System
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

6. Prize Conditions

• Winner will be subject to a home assessment before prize can be installed.
• Subject to home safety and accessibility requirements.
• Home requires forced air AC and/or heating with whole home duct work.
• Winner’s home must meet service standards to qualify for prize delivery. If disqualified, the runner-up will be awarded the prize.

7. Use of Entries

• By entering, participants grant HB Home Service Team permission to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes (social media, email campaigns, website, etc.) without additional compensation.

8. Disqualification

• Entries with inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content will be disqualified.
• Any evidence of fraudulent voting or entries will result in disqualification.
• AI generated images will be disqualified.

9. Technical Issues

• HB Home Service Team is not responsible for technical issues that prevent entries or votes from being received or recorded.

10. Modification and Cancellation

• HB Home Service Team reserves the right to modify contest rules or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
