\"HBHARRISBURG, PA, (January 29, 2018)<\/strong> \u2013 HB Global, LLC, has announced that its IT Landes Division has acquired R + R Mechanical Associates of Lansdale, PA. The entire R + R Mechanical team of office and field personnel will be joining IT Landes.<\/p>\n

R + R Mechanical Associates is an HVAC contractor specializing in the design\/build and installation of commercial heating and cooling systems. The acquisition will further enhance IT Landes\u2019 already substantial market position as a top provider of mechanical contracting services in the Bucks and Montgomery County region.<\/p>\n

\u201cIT Landes looks for strategic acquisitions that will enhance our ability to provide best-in-class service,\u201d said Kerrin Musselman, division president of IT Landes. \u201cWe believe the addition of R + R Mechanical will assist us in being even more responsive to the service and installation needs of our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n

IT Landes is well known throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties for having one of the most diverse service offerings when it comes to residential and commercial heating, cooling, plumbing, fuel oil, and home comfort. With the acquisition of R + R Mechanical Associates, IT Landes now has over 200 employees, a fleet of 132 vehicles, and a projected annual local revenue of over $37 million.<\/p>\n
