Harrisburg, PA, (January 23, 2017) \u2013 <\/strong>HB Home Service Team Company<\/a>, one of central Pennsylvania\u2019s oldest and most diverse commercial and mechanical contractor, is pleased to announce the addition of Paul Harvey as Purchasing Manager. In this role, Harvey will implement new purchasing strategies and objectives to supplement company growth for HB Home Service Team as well as IT Landes Company of Harleysville, PA.<\/p>\n

\u201cHB Home Service Team has grown significantly in recent years due to several acquisitions, which has created a need for more precise direction and supervision of these acquisitions,\u201d said Robert Whalen, President of HB Home Service Team. \u201cAs Purchasing Manager, Paul plans to build on the company\u2019s direction, structure, and provide strategic purchasing direction for current and future growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harvey brings with him a valuable combination of knowledge in both sales and management. \u00a0His past work experience includes Director of Sales at New York\/Harrisburg based publishing company, PriMedia. More recently, Harvey owned and operated his own residential construction company, Paul Harvey Homes LLC, for the past 15 years. His first-rate understanding of construction, purchasing, management, and ownership make Harvey a valued addition to the HB Home Service Team team.<\/p>\n

Outside of his position at HB, Harvey spends his time with his loving wife, Lisa, step-son, Garrett, and German Short-haired Pointer, Lundin. He also enjoys staying active and participating in outdoor activities.<\/p>\n
